Refund Policy

For any claims, customers have three (3) business days to contact us.
We do not offer refunds. A store credit will be provided toward another piece from our collection.
We are not responsible for pieces that break after purchase. All pieces bought in person are carefully inspected before being handed to the customer.
If your order was shipped and arrived damaged, please send us a photo of the item and we will respond by sending a replacement in good condition.
